In the Erasmus+ Sport project "Training to Win" there is an opportunity to get acquainted with the second result of the intellectual work - the "Training to Win" Research Handbook. The aim of the study was to analyze the psycho-social profile of BMX athletes in order to improve and strengthen the environment of the BMX sport. The study analyzed the influence of psychological skills, coaches' management style, presence of family and other factors on sports performance. Based on the results of the research, very soon a full-fledged free training course will be available to all those involved in the sport of BMX.
