On February 9th and 10th the first transnational meeting was held in Lleida (Spain). The main aim of the meeting was to establish management and monitoring systems, design the management kit consisting of different management documents and templates, as well as to work on the research design of the project's program.

The TM1 consisted of management sessions advising and instructing the project partners. Project partners discussed the monitoring report issues and supervising issues through the AdminProject platform. The coordinator - La Cristaleria, held also technical sessions about implementation (research and the project's program) with the main project's coach leading the design of the project's program. Additionally, the networking and strengthening activities were discussed in order for organizations to see common points for further collaboration.
